Lilia Shmanay

Lilia Shmanay is an experienced quality assurance professional with over 25 years in the software industry. Currently serving as a Manager of Quality Assurance at Broadridge since June 2017, Lilia also held the roles of Team Lead and Quality Assurance in BPS. Prior experience includes serving as Software QA Project Lead at FCT, where responsibilities encompassed developing test strategies, analyzing project documents, coordinating test results, and collaborating with development teams on defect resolution. Lilia's background also includes leading significant projects for clients such as Scotiabank and TD Canada Trust, with expertise in various testing methodologies. Earlier in the career, Lilia worked as Software Quality Assurance Lead at Hummingbird Ltd. and as a Software Developer at MS NOVA Systems Ltd. Lilia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Belarus State University.
