Matt Connor

Matt Connor is currently the COO of Global Technology & Operations at Broadridge. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for the same segment from September 2015 to August 2020. During their five year tenure, the segment more than doubled in profitability with a 15% CAGR, expanded margins from 16% to 22%, and grew revenue by $500 million with an 11% CAGR. Matt also completed and integrated 11 acquisitions and structured numerous partnerships and strategic ventures. The largest deal they structured and negotiated was with a wealth institution to build a new wealth platform, which is the largest deal in Broadridge history. Matt was also responsible for a consulting and services business that brought in over $100 million for the Global Technology Segment. Prior to their time as Chief Financial Officer, they served as President of Mortgage Back Solutions from 2011-2014, and VP Finance & MBSE from 2007-2011.
