With a career spanning over two decades at Broadridge Customer Communications, Misty began as an entry-level associate and advanced through the Client Relations department to Senior Director. Misty's responsibilities included overseeing client satisfaction for major clients across various sectors, where expertise in leadership, strategic relationship development, and project management contributed to their success. Eales earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Finance from Missouri Western State University.
