Carlos Brown

Carlos Brown, AIC, is an operational leader and team builder with extensive experience in claims operations and business development. Currently serving as the Assistant VP of A&H Operations at Broadspire, Carlos is responsible for enhancing service offerings and client relationships while driving revenue growth. Previously, Carlos held various leadership roles, including Director of CAT Desk Operations and Assistant Vice President of Accident & Health Claims, where significant contributions to operational efficiency and client satisfaction were achieved. Carlos began their career as a Claims Associate at Sedgwick and has cultivated a strong skill set in customer service, strategic planning, and team management throughout their professional journey. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Master of Science in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching.
