Kevin M. Fennell

Kevin M. Fennell is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Credit Risk at Broadstone. Prior to joining Broadstone, Fennell worked at BMO Harris Bank from 2013 to 2014 as an Assistant Vice President focused on providing debt financing to engineering, construction, and building products companies across the US. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Associate in the Commercial Banking sector of BMO Harris Bank with a focus on privately owned and publicly traded engineering, construction, and building products companies across the US.

In 2014, Fennell joined BMO Capital Markets as a Director and held that position until 2019 when they joined Broadstone. During their time at BMO Capital Markets, they were responsible for the due diligence process and creating complete credit packages containing detailed financial modeling, credit analysis, and substantial written work. Their additional responsibilities included legal documentation review and negotiation, as well as ongoing relationship and portfolio management.

Fennell began their career in 2007 as a Finance Intern at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO before being promoted to Analyst in 2008. Kevin remained in that role until 2011 when they transitioned to BMO Harris Bank.

Kevin M. Fennell reports to Christopher J. Czarnecki, President & CEO. They work with Steve Uhen - Regional Vice President, Investor Relations, Christopher Brodhead - Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, and Curtis Walker - Senior Vice President, Acquisitions | Residential Division.
