Vincent Chao

Vincent Chao is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at NNN REIT, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Vincent held multiple positions at RPT Realty, including Managing Director of Finance & Investments, Senior Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Finance from August 2018 to January 2024. Vincent's experience in finance spans back to Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Equity Research Analyst and Associate Analyst, and covering various sectors as a Buy-side analyst. Earlier in Vincent's career, a position was held at Procter & Gamble as a Department Manager in the Babycare Division, overseeing production and project management. Vincent Chao earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.
