Rachel Doucette

Rachel Doucette has extensive experience in talent development and team management within the financial services and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Development Coordinator at Broadview Federal Credit Union since August 2022, Rachel previously held the same title at CAP COM Federal Credit Union from February 2020 to August 2022, where Rachel also worked as a Member Relationship Officer. Prior to these roles, Rachel was a Store Manager at White House Black Market from November 2017 to February 2020 and held a similar position at Michael Kors from August 2014 to June 2017.
