Lydia Pearce

Lydia Pearce is currently working as a Regional Operations Manager at Broadway Across America since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lydia gained experience as a Freelance Sound Designer and Stage Manager at Lydia Pearce Sound Design since May 2016. Lydia also worked as a Materials Manager at The MT Pit from August 2018 to August 2022, where Lydia managed digital deliverables and assisted customers with troubleshooting. With a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Weber State University, Lydia has also worked in various roles such as Sound Design Intern, Crew Head, Sound Technician at different companies like PCPA - Pacific Conservatory Theatre, Weber State University, Lagoon Amusement Park, and Salt Lake Acting Company.
