Melissa Schmaltz

Melissa Schmaltz has over a decade of experience in commercial credit and real estate finance. From October 2019 to November 2022, Melissa served as Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Texas Capital Bank, focusing on commercial real estate credit underwriting. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at USAmeriBank from June 2008 to August 2019 as a Commercial Credit Analyst. Melissa earned a degree from Marshall University, attending from 1986 to 1989.
