Allison Bret

Allison Bret has a diverse work experience in the field of education and community partnerships. Allison currently holds the position of Director of Education and Community Partnerships at Dallas Summer Musicals. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Education & Community Partnerships at the same organization. In 2020, Allison worked as a Community Curator at Union Coffee. Allison also has experience as an Elementary Theater Teacher at Texas School of the Arts and as a Preschool Teacher at NY Kids Club and NY Preschool. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher and After Care Programs Manager at St. John's Episcopal School. Furthermore, Allison worked as a Teaching Artist and Patron Services Associate at Dallas Children's Theater and as a Diversity and Management Intern at Dallas Theater Center. Through their roles, they have demonstrated skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, event planning, and staff management.

Allison Bret obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Education from the University of North Texas in 2016. In the following year, they obtained a Texas Teaching Certificate from the State of Texas. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Educational Theater in Colleges and Communities from New York University from 2017 to 2018.
