Lauren Cranor

Director of Operations at Broadway National

Since joining Broadway National in 2017, Lauren has been advancing in her career with the company at a quick pace. Starting out as a Customer Service Representative, Lauren has taken on directorship responsibilities in the operations department in under six years. Her path escalation has been recognized through the receipt of several internal awards, including the Ownership Award (2019), and the WOW Customer Service Award (2020).

Prior to her role at Broadway National, Lauren held management positions with a couple of prominent retail companies. Drawn to the collegial and collaborative atmosphere, Lauren switched her career path to facilities management and is now focusing on her organizational and time management skills to support the growing team.

As a Director of Operations, Lauren is responsible for the daily management of the operations teams that report to her. She also monitors and resolves escalations, compiles performance reports, and tracks key metrics. A major part of her role is ensuring her teams have the support they need to deliver the high standard of client satisfaction.
