Bob joined Broadway Services, Inc. in 2007, coming to us after serving for 5 years as the Chief of Staff for the Superintendent of the Maryland State Police, a position he assumed after retiring from a 22 year career with the Baltimore Police Department, achieving the rank of Colonel/Chief of Patrol Division.
Bob brings his experience of police and security operations where he held full accountability for numerous field commands of over 200 officers to his role as a VP at BSI. He is a hands-on leader with proven expertise in modern principles and techniques of police management, organizational design, and resource deployment.
