Kevin Fricovsky has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kevin started their career in 2000 as a Senior Developer at Fusebox Inc, where they led a team and worked on various projects ranging from mortgage lead management to e-commerce. In 2005, they joined Broadway.com as a Senior Developer and Architect, responsible for designing and developing critical business applications. During this time, they also founded Monty Lounge Industries, LLC, focusing on the Asbury Agile tech industry event and bootstrapped The Lounge advertising network.

In 2007, Kevin took on the role of VP of Technology at Carolyn and Co., where they made technology decisions, designed and developed internal applications, and managed consulting relationships. Kevin briefly returned to Broadway.com in 2009 as the Chief Architect, leading all interactive product strategy, design, and development execution. Additionally, they co-founded the Asbury Agile Tech Conference in 2011, handling design and development of the conference website, branding, and speaker relationships.
