Chris Pinne

Chris Pinne has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris began their career as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen in 1994 and held this position until 2001. Following this, they joined Federal Signal Corporation, where they served as the Manager of Financial Reporting from 2001 to 2003. Chris then moved on to the Elgin Sweeper Subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, where they worked as a Business Unit Controller from 2003 to 2005.

Pinne continued their career at Federal Signal Corporation, holding various roles such as Assistant Controller from 2005 to 2006, Director of External Reporting from 2006 to 2009, Director of Financial Analysis and Strategic Development for the Environmental Solutions Group from 2009 to 2010, and Director of Controls Compliance from 2010 to 2014 on a part-time basis.

In 2014, Pinne worked as an Independent Consultant, focusing on changing and upgrading the SOX program for Broadwind Energy. Chris later joined Broadwind in 2015, initially serving as the Director of Internal Audit until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Associate VP, Corporate Controller at Broadwind, starting in December 2021.

Chris Pinne attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
