Wayne Hanna

Wayne joined Broadwind in May 2019. He brings over thirty years of experience as a business leader with a broad array of global manufacturing companies. Wayne has extensive expertise in operations, continuous improvement, and corporate development.

Prior to joining Broadwind, Wayne served as a process improvement consultant with Crowe, LLP. Previously, he was President and CEO of Cotta Transmission Company, a manufacturer of industrial and high-speed gearboxes. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership positions of increasing responsibility at ABP Induction, Gemcor, Monarch Machine Tool Company and FMC Corporation. Wayne holds an MBA degree in Finance from The George Washington University and Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Bucknell University.
