Jessica Goutcher, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Broan-NuTone LLC since October 2016, Jessica has also held significant roles at Nortek as an Employee & Labor Relations Advisor and Senior Human Resources Generalist from August 2014 to August 2016, and at Duncan Solutions as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2013 to August 2014. Previous experience includes a position in HR Communications at APS Healthcare, focusing on effective communication of company benefits and HR initiatives, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Sallie Mae, where timely resolution of employee relations issues was a key responsibility.
