Sergio Grimaldo

Sergio Grimaldo has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Sergio has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Broan-NuTone, Brady Corporation, Pentair Water, and Delphi. Throughout their career, Sergio has been responsible for driving supply chain strategies, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and improving processes to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. Sergio has expertise in production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and continuous improvement. Sergio's accomplishments include successfully implementing lean manufacturing systems, receiving the Shingo Award for Manufacturing Excellence, and driving savings and new product development.

Sergio Grimaldo completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Texas. Sergio attended the University from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
