Jon Henry

Jon Henry is an experienced plant and operations manager with a strong background in various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Brock Grain Systems since October 2022, Jon previously held similar roles at Windsor Door, Alumacraft Boat Co., and Graham Packaging. In addition to plant management, Jon has significant experience in production management and operations management, including launching an automated assembly plant at Challenge Mfg. Company and overseeing multiple manufacturing operations at MAST Technologies. Jon's extensive career also includes a long tenure at Orbital ATK, where responsibilities involved supervising multiple value streams.
