Colin Mills

Colin Mills is a seasoned software tech lead with extensive experience in control systems engineering and programming. Currently with Brock Solutions since November 2017, Colin has held various positions including software developer and SCADA/HMI programmer. Previously, Colin worked at Boreal Controls Inc. as a control systems engineer/programmer, where responsibilities included programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs and SCADA systems for water treatment plants. Early experiences include roles as an electrical engineering co-op at Corvus Energy Ltd., a mechanical engineer/R&D assistant co-op at L.B. Foster Rail Technologies, Inc., and a research assistant co-op at Simon Fraser University. Colin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronic Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University and is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Mechatronic Systems Engineering, focusing on smart manufacturing and systems.
