Christopher Dion, CFA has extensive experience in investment management and financial services. Christopher currently serves as the Co-Chief Investment Officer for Institutional Investments at Brockenbrough, where they manage approximately $4 billion in assets. Within Brockenbrough Institutional, they focus on managing $2 billion of the firm's assets for a select group of Endowment and Foundation partners. Dion employs the 'Endowment model' and emphasizes manager selection in both public and private markets.

In addition to their role at Brockenbrough, Dion serves on the Board of Directors for Southport Acquisition Corporation (NYSE:PORT).

Prior to their current roles, Dion held various positions in investment management. Christopher served as Chairman of the Investment Committee for Virginia529, the largest college savings plan in the country, from 2008 to 2020. Christopher also served on the Board of Directors for the University of Richmond 403b Retirement Plan and held the position of Associate Director of Investments at Spider Management Company.

Earlier in their career, Dion worked as a Vice President in Portfolio Management and Investment Research at Atlantic Capital Management and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wheat First Butcher Singer (First Union / Wachovia).

Throughout their career, Dion has demonstrated expertise in investment management, portfolio management, and investment research.

Christopher Dion, CFA completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting and a concentration in Finance at the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Girard High School from 1991 to 1995. Christopher also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in August 2004.
