Alis Simpson (EdD)

Program Evaluator at Brockport Research Institute

Alis Simpson, EdD, is a seasoned researcher and evaluator with extensive experience in education, program evaluation, and community development. Currently affiliated with the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) since 2015, Alis collaborates on a national research team focused on enhancing support services for aging populations. Alis also serves as a Program Evaluator at Brockport Research Institute, where responsibilities include assessing educational projects and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include Advanced Behavioral Therapist at Autism Learning Partners, Project Developer for Project Gestion, and various positions in education and healthcare advocacy, including Independent Contractor for healthcare coordination and language interpretation. Alis holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Rochester, along with a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from SUNY Brockport.

Over 80 million in successful proposals written for National Science Foundation, US Department of Education, US Environmental Protection Agency, NYSERDA and NYS Department of Education plus private and corporate foundations.
