Caitlin Cich

Caitlin Cich currently serves as the Assistant Director of Evaluations at Brockport Research Institute, where responsibilities include grant writing and program evaluation since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Child Watch Coordinator at YMCA Canandaigua from August 2018 to July 2021. Earlier career positions include Co-Manager, Assistant Manager, and Key Holder at Eddie Bauer, as well as a Precinct Advocate for the Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where collaboration with police and advocacy in court were integral. Caitlin also contributed as a volunteer with Suffolk Community, compiling data for accessibility legislation, and as a Teacher Assistant with America Reads, supporting early education. Educational background encompasses a Master of Arts in Sociology of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Educational Studies from Carleton College.
