Rachel Imperial

Rachel Imperial has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Credentialing Team Lead at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center since June 2001. In this role, Rachel ensures the thorough evaluation of practitioners and staff, manages over 250 practitioner applications, and maintains compliance with regulatory standards. Previous positions at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center include Referral Department Manager, Registration Department Manager, Multi-Department Manager, and Registration Team Lead, where Rachel demonstrated leadership in patient care coordination, team supervision, conflict resolution, and process improvement. Before joining Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, Rachel worked as an Unemployment Claims Specialist at The Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development from January 1997 to May 2001.
