Kathryn P. Bibinski

Kathryn P. Bibinski has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career in 1980 as an Executive Assistant to the President of Sperry Top-Sider at Stride Rite Corporation. Kathryn P. then worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President at Galaher Settlements from 1991 to 1994. From 1994 to 2005, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Maxwell Shoe Company Inc. In 2006, they became the Director of Human Resources at Parmenter Community Health Care, where they were recruited to work for the new entity at Mount Auburn Hospital after a merger.
