Sterling Peloso

Sterling Peloso has worked in a variety of leadership roles in the business services industry since 2001. Sterling began their career at ARAMARK as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Group Vice President. In 2008, they moved to IRON MOUNTAIN, where they served as Vice President of Operations, responsible for a $150M Southern California operation with 600 FTEs and 32 million square feet of warehouse real estate. In 2007, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Galls, LLC, where they developed a strategic plan focused on sales, retail and ecommerce, resulting in +13% growth. From 2013-2018, they served as Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Solutions (An Avante Health Solutions Company). In 2018, they were retained as President of Patient Monitoring & Ultrasound at Avante Health Solutions, where they were responsible for all Avante Ultrasound combined companies and managed 50% of the revenue and 60% of the overall EBITDA for the organization. Most recently, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Broco Rankin in 2023.

Sterling Peloso received their MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School with a focus in Finance/Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of San Diego with a focus in Marketing. In 2007, they also completed a Strategic Management Program from the USC Marshall School of Business with a focus in Management and Strategy.
