David Bales

David Bales is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Associate at Brodies LLP since July 2013. With a background as an Associate, Senior Solicitor, and Solicitor at the same firm, David has extensive experience in commercial property projects, including property finance, investment acquisitions, disposals, and asset management transactions for landlords and tenants. Prior to this, David gained valuable experience as a Trainee Solicitor within various departments at Brodies and as a Field Officer at Highland and Western Isles Valuation Joint Board, where expertise in GIS Mapping Systems was developed. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by foundational education at Forres Academy.
