John Spiegleman

John Spiegleman has over 20 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in real estate. John has held various senior positions, including Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at OmniTRAX, Inc., a private railroad holding company, and Broe Real Estate Group, where they managed a multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio. Prior to that, they served as Executive Vice President/General Counsel at DCT Industrial, a real estate investment trust. John also held senior roles at Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco) and Miller Global Properties, LLC.

John Spiegleman received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Denison University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. John then pursued further education at the University of Colorado from 1992 to 1995, earning a JD degree in Law. In 2017, they attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education for a brief period to study Financial Analysis.
