Kristin Henness

Kristin Henness has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning at Broken Arrow Public Schools since July 2011, where previous roles included Director of Early Childhood Programs and Principal of Oak Crest Elementary. Henness has also held positions as Assistant Principal at Country Lane Intermediate and taught various grades, including PreK to 2nd, at schools such as Country Lane Primary and Leisure Park, as well as Jarman Elementary and Owen Elementary, where Kristin initiated a full-day PreK program. Prior experience includes serving as a Resource Coordinator for Soonerstart Early Intervention and as a Parent Educator for Oklahoma Parents As Teachers. Kristin holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from the University of Central Oklahoma.
