Dyuti Khulbe

Dyuti Khulbe is a Human Rights Researcher at Broken Chalk since July 2023, specializing in writing proposals for EU programs. Previously, Dyuti worked as a Communications Officer at the Rural Development Trust from June 2021 to October 2022 and gained experience in the media sector with positions including Assistant Producer at India Today, Reporter at Republic TV, Media Reporter and Feature Writer at Kashmir Scan News Magazine, and Features Writer at The Kashmir Walla. Early career involvement includes a trainee reporter role at Rising Kashmir and an internship at HAQ: Centre for Child Rights. Dyuti holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication for Development from Xavier Institute of Communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Delhi University.
