Connor Butler has a diverse range of work experience. Connor is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Scaling with Sales since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of Sales at Broker Generator starting from September 2021. During their tenure there, they restructured the sales department and implemented systems to optimize sales reps' time and maximize production. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth, generating over $100k/month in recurring revenue.

Before that, Connor was the CEO of VALYOU MEDIA from January 2017. Connor implemented new promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive growth, resulting in a revenue increase of $5,000+ in less than three months. Additionally, they effectively managed staff and resources to balance financial and operational obligations.

Connor also worked as a Financial Strategist at National Life Group starting in March 2021, and as the Director of Youth Operations at Greenhouse Church from May 2018 to July 2019.
