Melissa Mentiplay

Melissa Mentiplay has a decade of work experience in Human Resources, starting with a voluntary position as a Committee Member / VP / President with Australian Industry & Defence Network - NT (AIDN-NT) in 2007. Melissa then moved to SKILLED Group in 2006 as a Business Manager - NT, followed by a role as People & Capability Coordinator, Ichthys LNG Project with Leighton Contractors in 2012. In 2013, they took a role as an HR Business Partner with Power and Water Corporation / Territory Generation. In 2017, Melissa began working for ConocoPhillips as an HR Business Partner - Darwin & Timor-Leste, and also took on two roles with South32 as Manager Reward & Benefits and Manager Human Resources. In 2021, they moved to Harland & Wolff as a Human Resources Lead, and then to Snappy Shopper as Head of Engagement & Reward. Melissa is currently employed with Broker Insights as their Chief People Officer.

Melissa Mentiplay completed a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) from Charles Sturt University between 1999 and 2001. Melissa subsequently completed a Certificate IV in Project Management from Defence Education & Learning between 2008 and 2009.
