Richard Wade has worked in the insurance industry since 2008. Richard began their career at Open GI as a Support Advisor, then moved up to Support Analyst, Lead Applications Support Analyst, and Training Consultant. In 2018, they joined Broker Network as a Systems Consultant, and then moved to Ethos Broking UK in the same role. In 2022, Richard Wade became Senior Customer Success Manager and Training Manager at Broker Insights. Throughout their career, they have provided support for regional brokers, conducted class-room based courses, and provided bespoke onsite training and consultancy sessions.
Richard Wade attended Bishop Perowne High School from 1998 to 2003, where they received various GCSE's. In 2003, they enrolled in Worcester College of Technology, where they obtained an AVCE in Information Technology. Richard then continued their studies at Worcester College of Technology, graduating in 2006 with a National Diploma in Music Technology.
