Alexis Oundo

Alexis Oundo has extensive experience in customer support and client services. They began their career in 2015 as a Programming Coordinator for the Carleton University Students' Association. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Student Services in the same organization. In 2019, Alexis worked as a Support Coordinator at Ada Support Inc. They then joined Humi in 2020, where they initially served as an Office Coordinator before transitioning to a Client Support Associate role. In 2021, Alexis joined Vend by Lightspeed as a Retailer Advocate. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Support Associate at BrokerBay, starting in 2022.

Alexis Oundo earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology from Carleton University from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that, between 2009 and 2012, they obtained their High School Diploma from Jarvis Collegiate.
