Elina Bagautdinova

Elina Bagautdinova has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 with AIESEC, where they served as Vice-President Outgoing Exchange until 2011. In 2011, they joined Bene as a Marketing Manager until 2012. Elina then transitioned to Tools for Brokers, where they held the roles of Sales Manager from 2011 to 2012 and Managing Director from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at Brokeree Solutions as the Chief Commercial Officer & Co-founder.

Elina Bagautdinova completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued their Master's Degree in Commerce and Logistics from the same university, which they completed from 2008 to 2013. Elina furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tallinn University of Technology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their university studies, Elina also completed a program at the Centre of Foreign Languages, where they received certification as an English-Russian interpreter from 2003 to 2008.
