Cristian Alcayaga Aros

Cristian Alcayaga Aros is the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder at Rankmi, a leading people management platform in Latin America, where responsibilities include driving commercial strategies since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Organizational Development at Parque del Recuerdo from October 2013 to August 2016, focusing on organizational climate, culture management, and family-work reconciliation. Cristian also held the role of Training Manager at Parque del Recuerdo from June 2011 to March 2013, overseeing course development and planning. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Organizational Development and People Management and a Diplomatura in Ontological Coaching, both from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the same institution.
