Jim Shucart

Jim Shucart is the Owner of Independent Brokers Alliance, Inc. Jim has been with the company since January 1990, holding the positions of President and Managing Partner. Jim's educational background includes a PhD (ABD) in Org. Dev. and Human Relations from Washington University in St. Louis, an AGC in Org. Dev. and Human Relations from the same institution, an MA in Research in American History from Saint Louis University, and a BS in Sec. Ed in History, Psychology, Education, and Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
