Mike Victorson

Mike Victorson has served as CEO of M3 Insurance since 1992, where responsibilities include shaping the company's culture and promoting a "people first" approach while actively engaging with the industry and community. In addition, Mike Victorson is Co-CEO of BrokerTech Ventures since September 2019, leading efforts that have united 13 super-regional brokerage firms and attracted 12 broker-centric startups. Mike Victorson holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Speech Communication from Augustana College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
