David Kudzordzi

David Kudzordzi is an experienced operations and facilities manager currently working at Broll Ghana Ltd since July 2014. In the role of Operations Manager, David specializes in developing systems to enhance building infrastructure and improve utility cost efficiency through sustainable energy projects. Previously, as Facilities Manager from June 2014 to 2018, David managed a team to deliver high-quality facilities management services for notable clients including ECOBANK GHANA, Maxmart Family Shopping Centre, and The Law Courts Complex Building. Prior to this, David held the position of Tema Region Sales Supervisor at Expresso Telecom-Ghana from October 2010 to July 2014, overseeing field sales operations and market intelligence activities. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has completed certificate courses in Facilities Management and Energy Management.
