Janet Maame Adwoa Ghartey, MGhIS, has extensive experience in building and facilities management, currently serving as Building Manager at Broll Ghana Ltd since July 2018, overseeing the Accra Financial Centre. Responsibilities include resolving tenant issues, lease administration, annual inspections, budget preparation, third-party contractor management, and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations. Previously, Janet worked as Property Manager at Broll Ghana Ltd from June 2014 to June 2018, managing high-rise commercial properties and a recreational facility. Early career experience includes a national service position and internships at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust and Micheletti Civil Engineering and Construction. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
