Ian Mahany-Horton

Ian Mahany-Horton is an Associate Patent Attorney at Sunstein LLP, where employment commenced in September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Student at Boston University School of Law from September 2019 to May 2022 and as a Summer Associate at Sunstein LLP in the summer of 2021. Ian also completed an Intellectual Property Externship at Philips, focusing on patent prosecution, and worked as a Systems Engineer at Sikorsky from June 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, Ian gained experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut and completed a System Assembly Internship at Pearse-Bertram LLC. Ian holds a JD in Patent Law from Boston University School of Law and a degree from the University of Connecticut. Education was completed at Rice Memorial High School.
