Laurent Ramanathan McIps

Laurent Ramanathan has extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Laurent is currently the Supply Chain Director at Brompton Bicycle. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Xerox, where they held various positions such as Vice President Global Supply Chain Operations & Distribution Operations, General Manager of Global Distribution Operations & Supply Chain, Global Supply Chain Integration Manager, and European Distributor Manager. During their time at Xerox, they implemented strategic business transformation initiatives, developed supply chain plans, and achieved significant cost savings. Before joining Xerox, Laurent worked at De La Rue as the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, and at BASF as the Divisional Materials Manager. Laurent is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Laurent Ramanathan MCIPS, MILT holds a BA Double Honours degree in French and German from The University of Manchester. Laurent also attended Thornleigh Salesian College but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study from there. In addition to their educational background, Laurent has achieved various certifications including the Global Technology Distribution Council Certification & Diploma from the Global Technology Distribution Council (GTDC) in 2018, the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Xerox in 2005, the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport from The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport- London in 2003, and the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in 1999.
