Gareth Young

Gareth Young is an experienced educator and leadership coach with a strong background in business management and training. Currently serving as a Teacher of Business Studies at Bromsgrove School since August 2019, Gareth also operates as a Leadership Coach and Trainer at HiPo Excel, where responsibilities include delivering training workshops, designing development materials, performance coaching, and providing talent management advisory services. Previous experience includes roles at SAP Ariba, where Gareth managed strategic client portfolios and led large teams through eCommerce implementations, and the iRed Partnership, where procurement functions were established. Gareth's career began at Accenture as a Management Consultant, focusing on sourcing and procurement across various industries. Gareth holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Bath.
