Jesper Larsen has a diverse range of work experience. Jesper began their career at Statens Museums for Kunst, where they worked as a Customer Service representative from 2005 to 2009. Jesper then transitioned to the role of Event Assistant at the same museum from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Jesper became a Project Coordinator at the National Gallery.

In 2010, Jesper started their own company called Help21, where they served as the Owner, Developer, and Project Coordinator. During this time, they worked on a humanitarian project for children in Greenland in collaboration with Red Barnet.

From 2011 to 2016, Jesper worked at M.J. Michaelsen as the Communications and Marketing Manager. Their responsibilities included administration, communication, web editing, and publication design.

In 2017, Jesper joined Brøndby IF, initially as a Marketing Assistant and later as an eSport Coordinator. From 2018 to 2023, they took on the roles of Marketing Coordinator and Head of eSport. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Fan Recruitment.

Jesper Larsen is also a member and partner of the art group Presens. Jesper has been involved in various projects with them, including exhibitions and the exploration of creating memorable experiences.

Jesper Larsen's education history begins in 1999, when they attended Borupgaard Amts Gymnasium and completed their studies in 2001. In 2003, they enrolled in Roskilde University, where they pursued a Cand.Scient.Soc degree. During their time at Roskilde University from 2003 to 2009, Jesper studied Communications, Performance Design, Business Studies, and Experience Economy. In the same year, they also attended Krogerup Højskole for a brief period. In 2007, Jesper Larsen furthered their education by attending the University of South Australia, focusing on Planning and Design for Recreation and Sport. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly attended Copenhagen Business School to explore Sports Management.
