Beatrice Orns has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Bronson Battle Creek since November 2021, and holding various roles at Bronson Healthcare since February 2012, including Organization Development and Learning Specialist and Human Resource Specialist focused on recruiting and associate relations. Beatrice began a career in HR at TRMI, Inc. where roles included HR Team Leader and HR Technician, totaling over seven years at the company.
