Cassee Cox

Cassee Cox currently serves as the HRIS Functional Lead at Bronson Healthcare since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst in Talent & Learning at Northwestern Mutual and various positions at Stryker, including Senior Workday Analyst and Senior Workday Reporting Analyst. Cassee has demonstrated leadership in managing a team of 40+ coordinators for global employee engagement surveys and has partnered with HR leaders to enhance employee engagement initiatives. Additional experience includes a Corporate HR internship, a Candidate Care Specialist internship, and managerial roles in the food and beverage industry. Cassee holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Learning and Performance and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Western Michigan University.
