Dorothy Malcolm, MSN, RN is the vice president, chief nursing officer at Bronson Battle Creek. Her responsibilities include maintaining clinical and patient care standards and coordinating the implementation of new nursing strategies.

Malcolm began her nursing career in 1996 as a surgical staff nurse at Community Health Center of Branch County in Coldwater, Mich. For the next fourteen years, she served as an oncology staff nurse and held several leadership positions at Borgess Medical Center focused in emergency and trauma nursing prior to joining Bronson in 2011.

Malcolm received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University.
