Veronica Troutner has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Manager of Physician Relations at Bronson Battle Creek since June 2008, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between administration and medical staff, addressing concerns, and promoting service utilization. Prior experience includes serving as the Business Relations Manager at Lifespan Homehealth & Hospice from August 2006 to June 2008, where collaborative relationships were built to enhance revenue and manage an internal marketing team. Earlier, as Project Specialist of New Business at Summit Pointe from January 2000 to July 2006, coordination and marketing of behavioral health services were managed among primary care physicians in Calhoun County. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Science & Management Development from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University.
