Tessa Schaëfer

Tessa Schaëfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and leadership within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors at Bronswerk Heat Transfer since January 2018, Tessa has also held significant roles at ABN AMRO Verzekeringen from November 2011 to December 2018, including Senior Manager of Data Management and Team Manager for Pricing Actuarial & Data, contributing to the development and implementation of data strategies. Prior to that, Tessa was a Management Trainee at Delta Lloyd. Tessa holds multiple law degrees from the University of Amsterdam and completed studies at Nyenrode Business University and York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
