Jari Lepistö is an experienced engineering manager with a solid background in product development and systems engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager of New Product Development at Bronto Skylift since January 2021, Jari leads teams in automation, electric, hydraulic, and mechanical disciplines. Prior experience includes project management at Technion Oy, focusing on electronic control systems for mobile machinery, and a lengthy tenure at Sandvik Mining and Construction, where roles spanned engineering management, product safety, modularization, and technical leadership in systems development for exploration drill rig products. Additional experience encompasses various engineering positions at John Deere Forestry Oy and Timberjack, specializing in hydraulic systems. Jari holds an extensive academic background from Tampere University of Technology.
