Gonzalo Carazo

Gonzalo Carazo is a Clinical Application Analyst at BronxCare Health System since July 2013, proficient in the Allscripts system and serving as the Patient Portal Account Manager. Gonzalo manages the Open Notes Project and the myBronxCare FollowMyHealth mobile app to enhance communication between patients and doctors.
